[etckeeper] Issues with "chmod -x /etc/etckeeper/commit.d/50vcs-commit"

Hi,

this will break the manual command "etckeeper commit" which is quite
undesirable for the user reading the README:

Here's how to disable the automatic commits after each apt run, while
still
letting it git add new files:

        chmod -x /etc/etckeeper/commit.d/50vcs-commit
"

I think we should extend/detail that sentence or suggest an another workaround.
