Spam on vcs-home wiki recentchanges page

There's a bug in ikiwiki where refresh does not notice a deleted page
has exposed a page from the underlay. A rebuild has to be done to work
around. I've done so in this case.

Given the amount of spam on the recentchanges page, perhaps it should be
locked?
