ls tricks for git-annex?

So direnv hooks into zsh with a precmd hook. I already use those
hooks for vcs_info, and it should be trivial to extend this for
Shell and consequently all tools such as /bin/ls (via
$GIT_ANNEX_LS_OPTS as you suggest).

So this leaves /usr/bin/mc and sundry other tools that don't expect
to find symlinks-to-readonly-files…
