git annex loses track of files it has locally

This has happend to me too, over time, when one is less likely to
remember that the file should locally be available.
Lukily I thought it quite odd that I had several hundred unused objects,
so I didnt just dropunused.

The fix was to do git annex fsck on the entire repo.
