Strange mr/vcsh error on Debian Squeeze

Hi,

Checking out to a new Debian install, receiving this error when I try to
update:

sh: perl:: not found
sh: -d: not found
mr update: unknown repository type and no defined update command for
blahblah

Any ideas?
