My vcsh is deprecated

Folks,

just so you know: I have deprecated my vcsh script a long time ago,
and now it's official:

  http://git.madduck.net/v/etc/zsh.git/commitdiff/4e5f7ffb64e3e06024312c9d859eeee5c4504dd1

Since RichiH's vcsh is fully functional and compatible, please
migrate to his:

  https://github.com/RichiH/vcsh

The can only be one, and from now on, vcsh is RichiH's script.
