mr feature request: support variables in .mrconfig

Hi Joey, all,

I would love to have variables supported in addition to absolute and
relative paths in .mrconfig. At the least, ~ should work and
$XDG_CONFIG_HOME (or other generic ones) would be even better.

For those who don't know, freedesktop.org agreed on a common set of
variables for home directory management and $XDG_CONFIG_HOME is part
of that. It defaults to .config and while I would have preferred .etc,
it's still nice to have a common place to store configs in while not
cluttering up ~.
